Built for businesses receiving requests through social media, Reservi brings conversations, content and day-to-day operations into one workspace. Teams follow customer messages, turn requests into bookings or tasks and remain in control of the accounts and data they connect. AFK owns and runs the product, from design through operations.

Authorized data
Each business chooses to connect its own Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts. Reservi uses only the authorized account, messaging and content data to display and manage that business’s conversations, social content and bookings.
Disconnect and delete
Customers can request disconnection and deletion of associated Meta Platform Data by emailing contact@afk.tn. AFK verifies the request before removing the connected data.
