Contact form

When you send a request, AFK processes your name, email address, optional company, selected service and message solely to respond. Submissions are automatically deleted after 12 months.

Audience measurement

Firebase Analytics is enabled only after your consent. Events cover language, project opens and contact-form use without including entered content or other personal information.

Security and processors

The site uses Firebase App Check, server-side validation and rate limits. Technical services are provided by Google Firebase and OVH for email delivery.

Reservi and Meta Platform Data

Reservi is a SaaS product owned and operated by AFK. When a business voluntarily connects its Facebook Pages or Instagram professional accounts, Reservi processes the authorized account, messaging and content data only to display and manage that business’s conversations, social content and bookings created from those interactions. Each client can access only the assets it connected. AFK does not sell Meta Platform Data or use it for purposes unrelated to Reservi.

Disconnecting and deleting Reservi data

To disconnect a Meta integration or request deletion of associated Meta Platform Data, email contact@afk.tn with your business name and the relevant Reservi account. After verifying your authority over the account, AFK will disconnect the integration and delete the associated Meta Platform Data, except records that must be retained for legal or security reasons.
